Description DCAMM Certificate SHA Combi Boiler/Domestic water heater replacement consists of replacement of 25 existing floor mounted combination boiler/domestic water heaters with new wall mounted combination boiler/domestic water heaters. Scope includes new combi units, the addition of a zone controller to serve two existing zone valves, expansion tank and thermostat replacement, extension of heating and domestic hot water piping, disconnection and reconnection of both gas and electrical connections. Electrical scope also include the replacement of emergency shut off switches and the addition of CO detectors in each apartment. Scope also includes all required cutting and patching as necessary to provide new combustion air and venting as indicated on plan.
