| Description | • Removal of the existing 300T (wet weight 20,000#) chiller and replacement with a new 300T (nominal) (20,000# lifted weight) and related electrical power, electrical controls, and piping disconnections and reconnections. • Field modifications of the existing screen wall decorative steel to create lifting access for the chiller replacement, including preparation protection of existing EPDM roof, preparation to lift the screen wall, store and protect it on site, and subsequent reattachment and field painting. • Crane rental, staging and road closure for the duration of the lifting processes, including a lifting and work sequence submittal. |
