Sherwood Dr. #2790 Storm Sewer

Contract consists of the construction of approximately 508 lineal feet of storm sewer, varying in size from 12-inches to 18-inches in diameter, and appurtenances to be constructed. All bids must be submitted on district bid proposal forms. Only Pre qualified contractors who have obtained the bid package may submit a bid. The Engineers Opinion of Portable Cost for this project is $167,000. The proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check on a blank or trust company in St.Louis or by a bidder's bond for an amount not less than 5 % of the bid amount as bid security to the District. Successful bidder shall also file with the district two copies of both a contract bond 100% of the contract amount. The district reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, offers or proposals submitted , to accept the proposal that it deems to be to its best interest and Insurance binder or policy the required insurance coverage. The contractor shall commence work in 10 days after the date of written notice from the district to begin and shall complete all work within 225 calendar days after the expiration of such 10 days period.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Grading, Excavation and Fill, Subgrade Preparation, Excavation, Shoring, Tunneling and Mining, Tunnel Excavation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Dam Construction and Equipment.
