HVAC Systemic Renovation-Phase 2 At Plum Point Middle School

The Board of Education of Calvert County, Prince Frederick, MD, is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified Contractors to provide bids for the HVAC Systemic Renovation-Phase 2 at Plum Point Middle School located at 1475 Plum Point Road, Huntingtown, Maryland 20639. Any pre-bid or Bid Document question shall be submitted via electronic mail to constructionbid@calvertnet.k12.md.us, with the subject line "#04.017.24 HSSF HVAC Systemic Renovation-Phase 2 at Plum Point Middle School. All questions must be submitted no later 4:00 pm on Friday, 13 October 2023." Certified Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) are encouraged to respond to this solicitation notice. The contractor or supplier who provides materials, supplies, equipment and/or services for this construction project shall attempt to achieve the specific overall MBE goal of eight percent (8%) established for this project. All prime contractors, including certified MBE firms, when submitting bids or proposals as general or prime contractors, are required to attempt to achieve this goal from certified MBE firms. There are no subgoals established for this project. However, the Contractor is encouraged to use a diverse group of subcontractors and suppliers from any and all of the various MBE classifications to meet the overall MBE participation goal.
