Rehabilitation of existing streets and related infrastructure Improvements, including several fire hydrant replacements. All work will include, but not be limited to the following: Removal of existing asphalt concrete by milling where indicated. Full depth pavement repair using hot mix asphalt concrete where indicated. Cleaning, tacking and paving streets with asphalt concrete. Adjusting to grade valve boxes, manholes and catch basins. Concrete sidewalk repairs, as specified and the installation of ADA curb ramps. CDBG Activity197 and 207, Street Improvement and CDBG Activity 198 and 206, Water Improvement. Base Bid Phase 1 SOUTH STREET from Spring Avenue to Hill Avenue SPRING AVENUE from Hill Avenue to South Street HILL AVENUE from South Street to Spring Avenue CARDINAL STREET from Summit Avenue to Spring Avenue. Base Bid Phase 2 DRESDEN AVENUE from North Terminus to 850 Ft South of ADD ALTERNATE STREET SUMMIT AVENUE from Claire Street to Cardinal Street.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression, Facility Fire-Suppression Water-Service Piping, Facility Fire Hydrants.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
