HVAC Design and Install for Electric Administration Building

1. Remove all current equipment and ductwork to include line sets and condensate lines. 2. Furnish and install new VRV system throughout with ceiling cassettes in each space as needed. 3. Each room is to have its own wall control. 4. Furnish and install heat recovery boxes as needed. 5. Install new heat pumps in the rear of building. 6. Install ne refrigerant piping to each recovery box and ceiling cassette as needed. 7. Pipe new condensate lines from each ceiling cassette to the outside as needed. 8. Patch all walls with holes due to removal or installation of line sets or condensate lines. 9. Provide a one-year warranty on this system along with a detailed component listing with associated warranty information. 10. Adjust and commission the building after all the work has been completed. 11. Complete as-built control drawings for customer documentation. 12. Provide (1) 2-hour training class to the facilities department.
