Probable Cost ranges by Contract are as follows: General Construction $316,000 - $350,000 HVAC Construction $79,000 - $87,000 Plumbing Construction $16,000 - $19,000 Electrical Construction $18,000 - $25,000 Totals $429,000 - $481,000 Notice is given that this construction work, for which bids are being solicited, is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is 107 calendar days.
