| Description | Work is located in VA New Jersey Health Care System East Orange Campus, multiple rooms and corridors in multiple floors in building (1) and building (18). The existing carpet and vinyl floors need to be replaced due to wear, hygienic concerns as well as chips and cracks in several locations. The flooring in rooms, corridors and areas to be replaced with Medical Grade seamless surface of new vinyl sheet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) and rubber flooring with a continuous 6” base cove height at wall and cabinets with an approximate square footage of average 8300 SF in multiple locations as per the attached schedule. |
