Fire Station 51 Roofing Project

The Fire Station 51 Roofing Project consists of providing permitting, labor and equipment only as described in the technical specifications section of these bid documents. The project includes but is not limited to prepping and resurfacing the Fire Station 51 Roof as described in the attached documents. 1. Properly clean all debris off the existing roof system. 2. Over the existing roof system, mechanically attach ½” primed DensDeck. 3. Apply HPR SA primer to the ½” primed DensDeck per manufactures specification. 4. Install HPR SA ply sheet a self-adhering base sheet per manufacturer specification and guidelines. 5. Properly flash all pipe penetrations per NRCA and manufactures guidelines. 6. Install all new slip flashing at the parapet and curbs. 7. Contractor to ensure all internal drains are flashed with lead and installed per NRCA and mfg. guidelines, contractor to ensure all bolts and present and torqued correctly. 8. Torch StressPly IV mineral cap sheet to HPR SA base sheet per manufactures specification and guidelines. 9. Contractor to install walk pads from the roof hatch to all units, refer to the Eagle View report for the placement of the previous locations. 10. Contractor to shut down HVAC units when working in the area. 11. Contractor to snake all drains and water test all the internal drains at the end of the project.. 12. Contractor to provide all permits. 13. Contractor to abide by all rules and regulation of Carson City. 14. Contractor to install owner supplied material, and the contractor is to purchase any extra material needed to complete the re-roofing project.
