Description

23% MBE Participation, 7% African American and 4% Asian. Architectural/civil engineering firms who are interested in collaborating with Anne Arundel County for the provision of professional services for project design, preparation of detailed construction documents and construction observation for the Severn Intergenerational Center, at 1140 Reece Road, Severn, Maryland 21144. Services will be provided in five phases including (1) schematic design, (2) design development, (3) preparation of construction documents, (4) assistance with contractor procurement, and (5) services during construction, as required for the design and site development and construction of a Boys & Girls Club facility and an Anne Arundel County Senior Activity Center, comprising approximately 28,000 square feet.
