Missouri Psychiatric Center Restroom

Project consists of the selective demolition and build-back of an existing psychiatric restroom in the South portion of the 2nd floor of Missouri Psychiatric Center. Demolition shall consist of selective removal of wall sheathing, ceilings, 1 door, flooring and selective removal of MEP infrastructure. Architectural Work shall consist of new gypsum board wall sheathing and ceiling, a new door, frame and hardware, anti-ligature specialties and epoxy floor and wall finish. Mechanical scope of work shall consist of new branch ductwork and air devices. The existing air terminal box and exhaust fan will require testing and balancing. Plumbing and Fire Protection scope of work shall consist of new domestic water, sanitary, plumbing fixtures, fire protection piping, and sprinkler heads. Electrical scope of work shall consist of the removal and replacement of the existing luminaries and the relocation of existing electrical devices (receptacles, fire alarm, nurse call) within the scope of work area. Existing electrical distribution and panelboards will be reused. Work shall be performed under this Contract on campus of the University of Missouri – Columbia, at University of Missouri Teaching Hospital, Missouri Psychiatric Center Building.
