| Description | Installing 16-inch and 12-inch ductile iron pipe transmission mains. The 16-inch main will be installed on Ramsey Street (US 401) connecting to the existing 16-inch water main and extending to the proposed elevated storage tank site, north of the intersection of Ramsey Street and Elliot Bridge Road. The 12-inch ductile iron transmission main will be installed along Elliot Bridge Road and Elliot Farm Road. The proposed transmission main installation will include three (3) boring and jacking of steel casing pipe under NCDOT roads. The project will include site preparation, construction, pressure testing, site restoration, start-up services and all other items necessary to provide a complete project, with associated appurtenances. | ||
