| Description | The Contractor shall proactively investigate the indoor air quality in VANCHCS buildings. Each investigation will consist of a thorough review of the building’s mechanical systems as they relate to indoor air quality, combined with measurements of selected indoor contaminants that help verify the performance of the building systems in providing good quality indoor air. This proactive preventative monitoring program is designed to monitor trends, identify potential for future problems, and document/communicate building maintenance efforts. The following protocol will be used at each inspection, with specific reviews of any particular areas where there is concern. |
