Custodial Offices Relocation

Remodel and convert the unused group counseling and breakout rooms for the relocated Custodial Services. The new Custodial Offices will contain five private offices and an open area for workstations. Work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing non-load bearing steel stud and gypsum wall board partitions, doors, lay-in ceiling, marker boards, light fixtures, electrical, voice/data, mechanical diffusers, ductwork, thermostats, and sawcut existing concrete floor. Renovations include new steel stud and gypsum wall board partitions, doors, lay-in ceilings, lighting, electrical, voice/data, mechanical diffusers, ductwork, thermostats, new plumbing, plumbing fixtures, new kitchen cabinets, and new concrete slab. Existing marker boards are to be removed and remounted in new locations.
