| Description | The City of San Jose (hereinafter "City"), Department of Public Works, is seeking qualified firms (hereinafter "Consultant") to provide trail development services for various City trail projects that are fully or partially funded by Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority 2016 Measure B ("Measure B"). Consultants qualified to provide trail planning, engineering design, and construction administration support services ("Consultant Services") to the City are encouraged to respond to this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") by submitting a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ"). The successful Consultant(s) will enter into a Master Consultant Agreement with the City. Following execution of the Master Consultant Agreement, the City will request Consultant Services on an as-needed basis through individual Service Orders, which will each include a specific scope of services and the cost for those services.
