Description

Questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted in writing to purchasing@grr.org prior to 2 pm on March 26, 2020. GFIAA reserves the right to publish and respond to an inquiry, respond directly to the inquirer without publishing, or not respond to the inquiry at its sole discretion. The Gerald R Ford International Airport Authority (GFIAA) is requesting statements of qualifications from interested firms to provide a partial update to the airport facility needs with an emphasis on terminal planning. The Gerald R. Ford International Airport recently completed a full airport master plan update which has been reviewed and accepted by the FAA. This master plan update included FAA approval of an enplanement forecast in 2016. Since that time, actual enplanements have outpaced the master plan base case forecast by approximately 7 years. A targeted planning effort is sought to right-size and sequence imminent airport developments, with a focus on the terminal core. A 2020 partial update of the airport facility needs will be completed, with an emphasis on terminal planning. Portions of the 2019 master plan and airport layout plan, including current forecasts, are attached for reference. As of March 17, 2020, The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *Project information, including timeline and contacts, has been obtained through public sources. The content management team continues to pursue additional details; however, the contact(s) listed have yet to disclose or confirm any information. Inquiries should be directed to the contact(s) listed. Project Awarded to InterVISTAS
