Description

Work includes replacement of existing split system, total area impacted by work is approximately 2,800 SF. Demolition work includes removal of 14 interior air conditioning units and 7 rooftop condensing units. New work includes 14 indoor heat pump units and 3 outdoor heat pumps located on roof, including ceiling modifications associated with piping installation and roof work to accommodate new rooftop units and patching at removed units.
