| Description | The procurement is for the repair and installation of concrete ramps, sidewalks and patios at the Illinois Veterans Home Manteno. The Illinois Department of Veterans’ Affairs is seeking bids to install (4) Concrete Patios, (7) Concrete Ramps, (9) Concrete Sidewalks, and (2) Sets of Concrete Stairs. Qualified contractor shall provide all concrete work for the paving. All concrete paving shall have positive storm water drainage and have grades which are within the Illinois Accessibility Code. Contractor shall provide concrete Finishing, curing, and waterproofing. Contractor shall provide all saw cutting and forming joints and expansion joint placement. Also, contractor shall test the concrete mixture and strength. Qualified contractor will be responsible for the removal and offsite disposable of old concrete. BEP goal: 7% |
