Description Construction of a Sanitary Sewer on short Road for the city of Harrison (the sewer). The sewer is an 8" PVC gravity sewer, approximately 2,300 ft. in length, and approximately 8 ft. to 20 ft. deep. The north (upstream), end of the sewer is located just north of residence 10385 Short Road. The south (downstream) end is located at a manhole on the north side of Dry Fork Road, approximately 200 feet southwest of short Road, where the sewer will be connected to the existing Dry Fork Road trunk sewer.
