The north end of the development would offer 120 rental units spread across two buildings. That area will also have a waterfront restaurant, 200 dry slips, and 45 wet slips. The southern end of the property will have 256 residential units - 200 multi-family units and 56 townhome-style residences. The townhomes will measure two stories above grade, while the multi-family buildings measure four to five stories each. That area will also feature 225 private wet slips.
