Land Development Opportunity - Town of Mount Pleasant

As of February 14, 2023 an award for developer was made from the short-list of firms. The architect/general contractor is not currently known. Qualified, interested firms or persons, especially those in real estate, land planning, and land development firms, are invited and encouraged to submit statements of interest, qualifications, and experience to the Town of Mount Pleasant's (Town) Procurement Division to assist in the development of a Town-owned tract of land located near Carolina Park Direct Inquiries To: Catherine Morrissey This solicitation does not commit the Town to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a submittal, or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to accept or reject any or all responses and to award or refrain from awarding a contract to any Offeror, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
