Description

The Project consists of: Remove and reconstruct bituminous driveway. Install new precast concrete curbing. Grading, loam, and seed. Alternate #1 includes removing and reconstructing existing concrete sidewalk. Alternate #2 includes removing existing bituminous sidewalk and constructing new concrete sidewalk, cast-in-place stairs, ADA/MAAB compliant handrails, and concrete patios. Install vinyl picket fence. Regrade, loam, and hydroseed. Alternate #3 include remove existing handrail and installnew ADA/MAAB compliant handrail. Construction Estimate includes Alternates.
