Installation Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) Maintenance Grand Forks AFB ND

The contractor shall provide all personnel, layout design, parts, programming, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform installation, troubleshooting, and testing of wide area detection equipment necessary for this operation. The Contractor shall comply with manufacturer’s maintenance/inspection specifications and all the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The Contractor shall be required to acquire and maintain a Favorable IT-2 Investigation. This contract will consist of a base and four option years. The contractor is to perform system maintenance, software upgrades, and troubleshooting on the SENTINEL SECURITY SYSTEM. Due to the closed security system, computer software/hardware updates will also be required each visit. The system installed at Grand Forks AFB operates on the ARA Sentinel Security System Command and Control Software. Troubleshooting will be performed either on-site or by telephone with the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Program Manager. If telephone troubleshooting fails, an on-site service call will be initiated.
