Tanner Park Football Field Turf Restoration

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the materials, labor, equipment and services to complete Football Field Turf Restoration. Location: Tanner Park, 200 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, GA 31088 (Football Field on South End of Park). All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave bidding system by Monday, June 19, 2023 at 10:00AM (ET). All bids must address, but not be limited to, the following: Describe the process, schedule, techniques, products, and methods that will be implemented to restore the field turf Determine and schedule the existing irrigation system run times and ensure that system provides adequate coverage to the field Work site should be left clean and free of materials, debris and equipment Services shall commence within 30 days of the award date Include detailed fee schedule All business and professional licensure must be submitted The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
