Stage I Bidding BP 2.0 Demolition and Abatement (Site) BP 31.0 Earthwork and Utilities BP 32.0 Asphalt Paving BP 32.2 Landscape and Irrigation BP 32.3 Site Fencing Demolition of the existing administration building, construction of a permanent storage metal structure, renovation of the existing maintenance building and surrounding site work/ civil upgrades. Phase 1 Underground Electrical and Mechanical infrastructure. Phase 2 will be demolishing the existing Administration building in preparation for a newly paved employee parking lot, constructing two new infiltration galleries, and installing a gravity retaining wall at the grade change between the new parking lot and existing entrance.
