2023 Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Events Contractor

The city of Toledo, Division of Urban Beautification, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to attend, staff, collect, haul, and recycle (dispose of) all household hazardous waste (HHW) materials brought by participants to the 2023 Clean Toledo Recycling Events. A manifest or record that an appropriate chain of custody for disposal is outlined and adhered, and copies of all reports validating the collection, hauling and appropriate disposal shall be submitted upon completion of each event.
