Southbridge Golf Course Storm Pipe Replacement

Scope: In coordination with golf course management, access the work area along the approximate route shown on the sketch posted with the bid document. Minimize impacts to golf course area. Construct cofferdam or other dewatering mechanism at end of existing pipe. Existing pipe is some 8'-10' deep at this end, reducing to 5' at the other end. Existing trees shall remain unless removal is directed by the County. Remove existing storm drain pipe. Golf hole will be closed to play during period of removal/replacement/re storation. Install new 24" HDPE pipe. Replace concrete cart path. Remove cofferdam/dewatering device. Sod area of crossing with grass to match existing. Work back out from crossing area, restoring damaged areas along the way. Sod areas of course damaged.
