| Description | The Commissioners (Owners) are accepting bids from geosynthetic installers for the following scope of work proposed to be performed as part of the 2020 Final Cap Construction Project: the installation of the 40-mil linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) textured liner and non-woven geotextile fabric for an approximate 5.5 acre project area. The timing of the 40-mil LLDPE geomembrane and geotextile blanket installations are subject to the preparation and approved completion of the underlying layers (as completed by the Owner), and may therefore require the Contractor to complete his work in multiple phases. |
