Sidewalk Landscape and Right of Way Mowing

Service will be for the following areas: 1. East Bay Boulevard. (Highway 98 to Highway 87) 2. Red Brick Road Highway 90 (Ward Basin Road. to FFS HU2/ 9433 Hwy 90) 3. Spencer Field Road(s) (North, South, East and West, Giddens Rd. to Norris Rd., N. Spencer Field Rd. to Danbury Blvd., N. Spencer Field Rd. to Winner’s Gait Circle) 4. Tiger Point Boulevard. (Highway 98 to Madura) 5. Magnolia Street (Dogwood Road to Stewart Street) 6. Ward Basin Road (Highway 90 to Gardner Street) 7. Avenida Del Sol (East Bay Boulevard to Fourth Street) 8. Nevada Street (Avenida Del Sol to Highway 87) 9. High School Boulevard (Highway 87 to Pawnee Drive) 10. Rosasco Street (Highway 87 to 89) 11. Byrom Street (King Street to Rosasco Street) 12. Hamilton Bridge Road (East Spencer Field Rd. to Emerald Rd.) 13. Spring Street (Jay City Limits to School Street) 14. School Street (Spring Street to Highway 89) 15. Pawnee Drive (Deer Ln. to Shipton Street) 16. Ortega Street (High School Blvd. to Highway 98) 17. Norris Road (West Spencer Field Rd. to Chumuckla Hwy) 18. Skipper Lane (Pace Ln. to Bell Ln.) 19. Rolyat Road (From West Spencer Field Rd. to Park Entrance) All maintenance work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all equipment, materials, tools, labor, supervision, maintenance of traffic (MOT)/temporary traffic control (TTC) and insurance necessary to perform this contract. The work to be completed at each site shall include but not belimited to litter pick-up/removal, mowing, “weed eating”, trimming, edging, sweeping, blowing, and sidewalk weed control (weeds growing in cracks, joints crevices of walkways). Weeds may be controlled/removed using herbicides and/or mechanical means. Clippings and trimmings shall be removed immediately from sidewalks and roads and removed from the work area the same day work is completed.
