Description

The Cassville Public Works consists of an approximate 8,400 SF PEMB facility that is comprised of an open garage with an open office area, offices, shower room, and a community room. In addition to the main building, there is an open structure PEMB for cold/dry material and equipment storage on site within a secured compound. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality on all bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of twenty (20) days.
