Military Street Pedestrian Tunnel Anti-Graffiti Coating Replacement

For the removal and replacement of the Anti-Graffiti Coating in the Military Street Tunnel. Work consists of removing and disposing of the existing graffiti, paint, and anti-graffiti coating, and application of new anti-graffiti coating. Located underneath Military Street directly after Jenkinson Street. The Contractor shall perform the following services for the City regarding the proposed project: Contractor will place barriers to close off entrances Contractor shall remove any existing graffiti, paint, or anti-graffiti coating already in place. The dimensions of the tunnel are approximately 3000 sq ft. Contractor will verify amount needed before purchasing coating. Contractor will use clear 2k water based Urethane Anti-Graffiti Coating or an approved equal. Contractor will prepare concrete surface. Contractor will apply anti-graffiti coating.
