Quillen VA Medical Center Lamont & Veterans Way Mountain Home, 36684, as required per specifications and drawings located in attachments section. NAICS Code: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction Size Standard: $39.5 Million Set-Aside: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) (see VAAR Clause 852.219-10). Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. See FAR 52.236-27 on page 20 for the date and time of the organized site visit. There will only be one (1) site visit. Please make sure sure you bring any necessary safety items to properly inspect the site. To obtain clarifications and/or additional information concerning the contract requirement, specifications and/or drawings, submit a written request for information (RFI) via email to Bradley.Martin5@va.gov. RFIs must be specific in identifying section, paragraph, and page number and must be in question format. All RFIs submitted shall include the project number, title, contractor name, city, state, phone number, date submitted and RFI questions. Questions received after 10:30 AM CT 01/11/2022 will not be answered unless it is determined to be in the best interest of the government. Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. All questions at the site visit MUST BE in writing and submitted as an RFI to the Contracting Officer via email. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for SDVOSB concerns. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be listed and visible in the Registry at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov/vip/ at the time of offers due and award. Offerors in reverification status are not eligible. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all prospective offerors must have an active SAM registration at time of offer and award. The official bid opening will be January 30, 2022 at 13:00PM CT and will occur via Microsoft Teams call in Please call 872-701-0185 Conf.
