The construction contract will be awarded in compliance with the City's value-based procurement program which takes into account certain factors in the Bidder's work environment. All contractors intending to submit a bid are invited to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, Scope of Work, etc. may be discussed. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents.
