Jefferson Area Utility Improvements

The work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Sanitary Sewer replacement along Jefferson, Adams, and Porter Avenue with some storm drain rehabilitation and water main replacement. A complete set of Bid Documents must be used in preparing Bids. Bidders are responsible for securing any and all addenda issued. Owner and Engineer assume no responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the use of incomplete sets of Bid Documents. Prospective bidders are required to be experienced in civil road construction/utility installation, have a valid E100 license, and must to be in good standing with Ogden City.All contractors intending to submit a bid are REQUIRED to attend to obtain relevant information concerning the project. Details for the meeting are in the Bid Documents. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid that best serves its convenience and/or is found to be in the best interest of the City.
