Pool Filters for Aquatic and Fitness Center

This project consists of the replacement of the existing pool filters for the Aquatic and Fitness Center located at 1 Pool Plaza, Town of Tonawanda, N.Y. 14223. Furnish and install new fiberglass pool filters and appurtenances including new filter cells, new filter media, piping, fittings, valves, pipe Supports, etc. New filters shall meet existing filter flow rate of 2008 gallons per minute. New filters shall not exceed a filtration rate of 15 gallons per minute per square foot of area. New filters shall be Paddock Fiberglass Horizontal filters, Model HZF-60-67, or approved equal. Contractor shall submit "Bill of Materials" with proposal that includes description, quantity, and type of all materials to be installed. Install Owner-provided replacement filter/backwash pump. Owner shall furnish pump for Contractor to install during replacement operations.
