Cape Fear Community College Downtown Campus/North Campus/Surf City Center Asphalt Repairs and Sealing. Provide labor, material and equipment for asphalt repairs as indicated on Plan Sheets P1 through P13 dated August 2, 2022 and herein. Scope includes Asphalt removal and replacement/repaving, Asphalt pavement sealing, crack sealing, paint striping, concrete wheel stops, and parking signage, at CFCC's Downtown Campus, 411 N. Front St, Wilmington, NC, North Campus, 4500 Blue Clay Road, Castle Hayne, NC, and Surf City center, 621 NC Hwy 210, Hampstead, NC. Contractors may bid on the repaving scope only, the asphalt sealing scope, or both. CFCC reserves the right to award each portion separately. See specifications and bid form for details. Please note if your bid is mailed in you must seal it in an inner envelope. Contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades and that North Carolina General Statute 87 will be observed in receiving and awarding contracts. General Contractors must have general license classification General Contracting. A bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are not required. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Proposals shall be made only on the form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
