SR 16/Blackjack Creek - Remove Fish Barriers

STIP ID WDO-480 The existing drainage structure at this location has been identified as a fish passage barrier. By replacing the existing structure with a fish passable structure, the restriction to fish passage will be eliminated. As of March 03, 2023, this project is in Final Planning status. Preliminary engineering has begun and environmental design is expected to be completed in the frist quarter of 2021. The contract advertisement is expected in Second quarter of 2023 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the Second quarter of 2025.
