Description | Plans call for the construction of 3 buildings containing 49 residential units and 6,264 square feet of retail space. Beverly-Grant has been selected as Construction Manager/General Contractor and is requesting proposals from trade partners for the site development and construction of a 49 Unit and mixed use project. Site work consists of typical horizontal development including utilities, subsurface work, paving, and site accessories. Vertical construction is a 4 story, 43,000 SF consisting of partial masonry foundation walls, slab on grade, wood frame construction with intermitent steel, floor trusses, fire rated sheathing, TPO membrane roof. Exterior skin consists of masonry brick and stucco. A 14-month project schedule is anticipated at this time. This project is locally developed, entitled, permitted, and shovel ready pending final pricing approval. The project will encompass NGBS Energy Design checklist and certification standards. **If you are quoting multiple scopes of work, proposals must be itemized.
