| Description | Contractors for the repointing of all exterior masonry on the Historic Craven County Courthouse. The project's scope shall consist of the labor and material necessary to Repoint all mortar on the Historic Craven County Courthouse. The work will be separated into three phases. Phase 1 will be for the restoration of the East side of the building. Phase 2 will include the South Side followed by the West side as Phase 3. The phases shall be priced as standalone projects with independent start dates. |
