UTHSC Courtyard Lighting

Project scope entails replacement of Courtyard decorative light poles and fixtures as well as select building wall-mounted fixtures. Sternberg Lighting has been chosen as the Basis of Design for these fixtures. Pole locations and wall-mounted fixtures are fed from multiple electrical panels in buildings surrounding the courtyard. Voltage and controls may vary by location; field verification is required but intent is to remain as is. Fixtures are specified with drivers to allow for 120V or 277V power, with the exception of LS4, which will have to be re-fed with 120V circuits. Contractor to remove existing poles and turn over to the Owner. Existing pole bases and bolt patterns to be evaluated to confirm acceptable condition for installation of new poles. Existing wall-mounted fixtures are to be removed and turned over to the Owner.
