Description

Description: The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Clovis DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2026. Questions are due 3/1/23 at 5:00 p.m. Submit all written questions via email to the contact person indicated on the cover page of this IFB package no later than the date and time specified in the Schedule of Events. In submitting your bid, you must comply with the instructions found herein. Your bid must be submitted via mail (the DMV will not accept an emailed or hand-delivered bid). Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Clovis DMV Field Office for the term of this Agreement.
