RFP - Developers Recreational Facility - Wakefield

The Town of Wakefield (the "town") acting by and through its Board of Selectmen, and the Northeast Metropolitan Regional Vocation High School, acting by and through its School Committee (the "Committee) (collectively, the "Lessors"), issue this Request for Proposals (this "RFP") to invite proposals from qualified developers to enter into one or more long-term leases (preferably one) on the approximately 16 acre parcel of undeveloped land located at Hemlock Road, Wakefield, MA (the "Property") and the development thereon of recreational facilities that will be owned and operated by the selected developer(s).
