Willow Planting and Blackberry Control

In general, work includes supplying and planting native willow cuttings along several waterways in Eugene, Oregon. In some project locations, non-native blackberries may be present at varying levels of infestation, and this contract will also include the manual/mechanical control of blackberry canes prior to willow planting, on an as needed basis. The initial term of this contract shall be for one (1) year. The term of contract may be renewed for up to two (2) additional two-year (2-year) increments, as mutually agreed to by the City and the Contractor.
