Aerial Herbicide Application

1. Aerial Herbicide Application for Grassland Restoration and Invasive Plant Control fora detailed explanation of the scope of this Project.2. 2. This may be a multi-contractor project to assure expediency in completion of all work required.3. 3. The initial contract(s) shall begin April 2020 or as soon as possible there after and end one year after start date.4. 4. The Sierra SWCD reserves the option of renewing the initial contract(s) on an annual basis for 3 (three) additional years or any portion thereof for the purpose of aerial herbicide treatment. Contract renewal will include submission of anew cost response form. In no case will the contract(s), including all renewals there of, exceed a total of 4 (four) years in duration.5. 5. Prior to a task order being assigned under contract, a quote may or may not be requested by the Sierra SWCD.
