| Description | Construction of a new parking garage structure and surface parking lot improvements for the accommodation of approximately 1,800 parking spaces in the area currently occupied by the existing surface parking lot D. The project further includes landside and roadway improvements to the entrance of the parking lots, roadway and intersection upgrades, and Bessie Coleman ramp entrance improvements.
