Exterior Painting of the Sanctuary, Steeple, Fellowship Hall, and Offices

The First Presbyterian Church of Dade City is requesting proposals for the exterior painting of the Sanctuary, Steeple, Fellowship Hall, and Offices. First Presbyterian Church of Dade City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or accept what is, in its judgment, the proposal which is in the churchs best interest. This work may not be necessarily awarded to the lowest bidder. The Church is an historic building, and the selected painting contractor must provide documented experience working on historic buildings with good results. This project is partially funded through a grant from Floridas DOS Division of Historical Resources and the project must meet the established criteria for the painting of historical buildings. Proposals must include an attached qualifications summary with previous job references. Proposals will only be accepted from contractors licensed to perform work in the city of Dade City and Pasco Country, Florida.
