30th Street Waterline Replacement from Hutton Ave to Tulane Ave

As of June 22, 2023 there are no plans to rebid this project. The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials in addition to some material furnished by the City for the open trench installation of 16" and 8" PVC water mains, services and all appurtenances necessary to transfer water services from the existing water main to the proposed water main per the accompanied drawings along with 30th street from Hutton Ave to Tulane Ave. Bidder further agrees to pay liquidated damages the amount listed on New Mexico Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway and Bridge Construction, 2019 Edition, Table 108.8.1. for each project for each consecutive calendar day thereafter that the work remains uncompleted. Per that chart this project will be $1,500 per calendar day for liquidated damages. Contract time is 53 days.
