Description

Remove existing vault door, remove existing windows and frames, frame new walls install new door frames and doors, install new window frames and glass, finish walls and paint per plans. Install new ceiling grid and tiles, install new flooring. Install new AHU’s and CU’s and duct per plans, replace toilets and sinks and drinking fountain per plans, and install new LED lights, data, outlets, switches, and generator with 8” concrete pad and new service per plans. Alternate for decorative fencing, see notes on plans.
