Description Work includes for the follwoing contracts: 1. Supply approximately 3000 tons of various Super pave bituminous concrete material, all materials meeting PennDOT specifications. Delivered to job site and F.O.B. 2. Place approximately 2100 tons of super pave bituminous concrete material. Contractor to furnish a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the specified amount of the Contract and a Certificate of Insurance. 3. Micro - Surfacing Type A at 32 - 35 LBS/SY Double Application 590 ton. Contractor to furnish a Performance Bond (with suitable surety) in the specified amount of Contract and Certificate of Insurance. 4. Mill 3790 s.y.@2" and haul off site cleanup street.
