Construction Manager at Risk for Animal Care and Control Facility and Site Improvements

Work includes construction of a new animal control facility and site improvements located at 900 E. Fairgrounds Road, at the Gila County Fairgrounds, Globe, Arizona. The improvements to this site will be a new animal care and control facility, wastewater improvements, and grading and drainage improvements, sally port and paved areas. The animal care and control facility will be fully functional and should be sized to house approximately 32 dog runs of various sizes and 18 cat condos.
